HAND TOOLS
All hand tools used in an EPA should have STATIC-DISSIPATIVE HANDLES. Normal insulating handles can generate high voltages. (Usually in the centre of the EPA !!!)
IONIZERS
Ionizers generate positive and negative IONS which neutralize and static charges on INSULATING MATERIALS which cannot be grounded in the normal way.
